LEADERSHIP
RICH KILCOYNE
Rich is a founding Partner at Nomad Growth Partners and is principally focused on new investment generation, diligence, transaction execution, operational management, and strategic development.
Before co-founding Nomad Growth Partners, Rich was a Managing Director at Apollo Global Management serving as the Co-Head of Underwriting for the Direct Origination Group. Prior to that time, Rich was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse. Before finance, Rich served in the U.S. Army as a Captain/Ground Force Commander in the 75th Ranger Regiment. Rich is a combat veteran having deployed to multiple countries in support of U.S. Special Operations missions. Rich holds a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
STACY LEE
Stacy is a founding partner at Nomad Growth Partners and is principally focused on new investment generation, diligence, transaction execution, operational management, and strategic development.
Before co-founding Nomad Growth Partners, Stacy worked at Apollo Global Management where she served as a Principal investment lead and Blackstone Group where she was a member of the Research Group. Stacy has over a decade of investment experience spanning multiple asset classes, sectors, and geographies. Stacy has extensive experience working with businesses in various stages of development including start up/early venture, growth, expansion, maturity and distressed. Additionally, Stacy has served as a Director on various company BoDs globally, providing financial and strategic guidance to management teams. Stacy holds a BA in Economics from New York University.
